Time to put some YumYum in your cooking!

Basic recommendations:  Heat sauce either by microwave (covered on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute) or by stove top (stir while heating on high) .  Pour sauce into cooked foods and mix, or pour over food items, and serve!  It’s that simple.  The idea is that you don’t need to worry about adding any spices or flavoring.  Let the sauce do the magic for you.  All you do is make sure you cook the food items first, and then just add the YumYum!

The following are some of my favorite recipes for YumYum Red.  Give them a try!

Shrimp and Vegetables: Boil shrimp in water until cooked.  In a sautÚ pan, heat at high with a small amount of cooking oil, toss in fresh vegetables (carrotts, scallions, mushrooms) and keep stirring until items are cooked.  Throw in the cooked shrimp and YumYum Red.  Stir until everything is mixed well and heated.  That’s it!  It’s time to serve!

Shrimp Pasta with Vegetables: Shrimp, Scallions, Red Onions, Mushrooms, Angel Hair Pasta.  Preparation: cut vegetables into small pieces or strips; cook pasta.  In a cooking pan, add 1 tsp cooking oil, high heat, toss in all vegetables, stir until foods hot.  Add cooked pasta.  Now add YumYum Red, enough to match food volume, stir until sauce and food are well mixed and hot. Serve!

Salmon fillet: Cook salmon either on a grill, or in the oven (bake for 20 minutes at 425║).  Heat YumYum Red in a sauce pan with medium heat, stir while heating.  When salmon and sauce are done, pour sauce over salmon and it's ready to serve!

Grilling steaks: Marinade steaks with YumYum Red, throw on the grill like you always do.  When it’s done, serve with heated sauce on top or on the side as a dip!

Chicken and Vegetables: Any veggies, Chicken (may substitute with beef, fish, scallops, shrimp, eggplant!). Preparation: cut meats and vegetables into manageable size. Cook the meats first in a cooking pan, with some oil.  When meats are 90% done, drain excess liquids from pan.  Toss in vegetables and stir until hot.  Add YumYum Red and stir until it’s well mixed in with the food and is hot.  Serve!
