I said I was going to do this years ago when I first put up my site. I finally have put together a general links page. It's pretty much a dump of my bookmarks file, but these are the sites I find useful. Links which relate to a particular subject covered above will be found on their respective pages.

| The New York Times | The paper of record for the nation. |

| Salon Magazine | News, and literary views in an online magazine. |
| Slate | Microsoft's version of an online magazine. Worthwhile for the Today's Papers section which sums up the front pages of the nation's major newspapers |

Search engines/Portals/Whatever they're calling themselves these days. |
|
| Yahoo | |
| Probably the most useful search engine out there
|
|
| Lycos | Let's face it, they're all pretty interchangable. I tend to use Yahoo for category browsing and AltaVista for keyword searches. But HotBot is also pretty good and Excite and Lycos are much like Yahoo. |
| Alta Vista | |
| HotBot | |
| Excite | |
Entertainment |
|
| Ain't It Cool News | Behind the scenes reports on movie and television, with reviews and sneak previews. . |
| The Internet Movie Database | Great for winning bets, or figuring out where you've seen an actor before, has information and credits information for just about every movie out there. |
| Michael Moore | Too good to miss, the man who brought you such great films as "Roger and Me" and "The Big One" now has a new television show on Bravo called "The Awful Truth." Armed with a camera and a sense of humor, Moore takes on corporate America. Check out the site and watch the show, Sundays at 9 with a repeat on Friday nights, on Bravo. |
