The Dendrite Twelve Step Program
Our apologies to any and all real twelve step programs.

We admitted we were penniless compared to John Bailye - that our careers
had become unmanageable

Came to believe that a recruiting agency (or other ex-Dendriter) better connected
than ourselves could restore our careers to sanity
-
Made a decision to turn our will and careers over to the care of better
management, as we understand it

Made a searching and fearless inventory of all the other jobs available
-
Admitted to HR, to ourselves and to other human beings the exact reasons
for leaving
-
Were entirely ready to have a resignation letter to remove all these defects
of career

Humbly asked HR to remove our names from the payroll

Made a list of all job opportunities we had missed and became willing to
pursue them all

Made direct applications to such job opportunities whenever possible, except
when to do so would implicate them or others

Continued to take professional inventory and when a better job opportunity
came along, promptly jumped at it.

Sought through interviews and follow-up letters to improve our contact with
better management, as we understand it, hoping for an offer letter and gladly
accepting the offer.

Having had a professional awakening as the result of these steps, we tried
to carry this message to all Dendriters/Ex-Dendriters (consultants not included),
and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
