Dear Sir or Madam, I want to express to you what a fine, caring and professional job your agent, Bob Stanfill, did throughout the three-month long process of selling my deceased father's home in Santa Clara. Dad had spoken to Bob about the possibility of selling the property before he entered the convalescent hospital. I entered the transaction as the successor trustee of my father's estate.
