This page was inspired by a "canned air attack" suffered during one of New Englands many winter weather events.

I have been a certified diver since 1977. I had a part time job after school to pay for lessons and bummed a ride to the local YMCA to earn my certification.

N.A.S.D.S.
Allmost 20 years later I'm still going down.

I have been a Rescue Diver for Newtown Underwater Search and Rescue since it's founding in 1989. I was trained as a Dive Rescue Specialist I by Dive Rescue Inc. / International in 1990. I have taken advanced courses from PADI and Scuba Schools International.

I dive in Jamestown RI, at Beavertail and Ft. Weatherall. Back in '88 I found an old anchor under the weeds off Beavertail. I allways stop at Ocean State Scuba for air fills, equipment service, and toy shopping. In addition to the regular scuba gear, they carry a full line of sit upon dive kayaks, and have a pool at the shop for trying out gear and taking lessons.

Visit my relic shelf to see some of the things found.

The R.V. Wahoo runs some great trips to Wreck Valley. I have been to the U.S.S. San Diego, and plan to visit the Texas Tower some time in '98. Other Wahoo trips include the Andrea Dorea.

Closer to home Captain Noel at Orbit Marine takes care of my diving needs. In addition to a full line of gear and service, Orbit Marine has a fleet of charter dive boats. The Unknown Wreck was and Orbit Marine charter.

When in Florida be sure to visit The Devils Den
