Bulletproof is a street punk who was subjected to a shady surgical procedure.  Steel plates were placed beneath her skin, and her normal skin replaced by a cheap plastic substitute.  The process necessitated the removal of her breasts, which upset her quite a bit.  She has vowed to get even with the cretins who did this to her, just as soon as she finds out who they are.  (Since she has no breasts, she prefers to run around topless.)
