This error is also in the actual type.htm file. On page 181, this error (now line 16) and a similar one on line 10 are displayed. Both of these errors are in type.htm.

Chapter 5
For Project 5 the use of the extention .htm and .html in the code and in the naming of the 
download files is inconsistant. Tables 5-5 and 5-8 use .html while Figures 5-27 and 5-29 use .htm. The files in the dowload come as: backyard.html, dining.htm and living.htm
Use .htm in all instances for your homework.

Table 5-1. The xy coordinates for "Entry" on the image map are inconsistent. They are listed as: (102,255) and (142,279) which corresponds to the instructions while we had paint open and matches the picture where the word ENTRY appears. In the instructions to input the coordinates on p.222 it changes to: (87,281)(153,344) which highlights the "box" area outside the house and matches the picture on the entry page better... 

Page 206; Figure 5-14; page 213, Figure 5-22; and page 221, second round box.
Coordinates for the circle seem wrong. The center point of the circle is given as (388,154). Then the polygon's rightmost edge is given as (317,344). Yet, since the polygon is further to the right than the circle's center, the polygon's X-axis address should be greater than the circle.

1.  The first "font" tag isn't closed before they use another font tag (starting with 
<p><font size="2" face="arial">Ibraham Real Estate has a wide range...)  
It should be closed before the <p> is closed, but it isn't. Also, same problen  in Table 5-4 (line 19).

2.  The area tags for the map need a / before the > at the end of each line.  Otherwise, it 
doesn't work :)

Chapter 6  
The chapter is inconsistent about the proper format of the <frame> tag. You should use the </frame> end tag.

Page 265. 
Steps #2 and #3 are missing "/" in ">" at the end of the line. Correct in  figure 6-14 .

Page 272. On line 23 of table 6-6 there is bold end tag  but there was never a bold tag.  

Page 278 figure  6-26 a. 
Frameset tags are not in right order. See figure  6-16 instead.

Page 278 (a) lacks a </head> tag
