How to get there:

From I-10, take exit # 103A onto Evangeline Throughway (Route Evangeline), a divided highway, heading South.   Continue South on Evangeline several miles through town to the 7th traffic light (I think) where Pinhook Road crosses.   This is a fairly big interesction with gas stations on three corners. (BP, Exxon, and Conoco)    Turn right On Pinhook and travel several miles to the traffic light past the Vermillion River drawbridge where Kaliste Saloom Road crosses.   There is a Taco Bell on the left and a Walgreen pharmacy on the right.   Turn right on Kaliste Saloom and proceed 2.7 miles - it seems like a long ways.  You'll see a Mexican restaurant (Casa Ole) with a green sign on the right.   Randol's sign is also green and is just beyond.   Both are opposite some movie theaters and diagonally across from a large field.   If you reach Ambassador Caffery Parkway (about a 1/4 mile further) you have missed Randol's.

What to expect:

Cajun restaurant and dance hall.

Hodge-podge of buildings made into a restaurant.  Looks like an old greenhouse.

Open 7 days with live music each night.

Decent-sized dance space with excellent polished wooden dance floor and large fans.

Often can be quite packed as it's a favorite of the tour bus set.

Nice selection of good Cajun and seafood dishes.

No cover charge if you just come to dance.

House Bands: Jambalaya - Fridays; Lucky Playboys - Sundays.

Sunday with The Lucky Playboys is always a good time. Many local dancers come out then as well.

Music generally gets underway around 7PM and lasts until 10PM.
