Note: All photographs on my pages are taken by, and are the copyrighted property of Stephen Schrader and may not be used without my permission. I purposely scanned the photos at lower resolution so they do not take forever to load.
This image by a link indicates it contains my art or photography.If I did not have to pay the bill I would be able to pursue my second career fulltime aa a freelance photographer/artist. I shoot mostly scenics, travel, and nature. For my artistic side I do Polaroid transfers which look to be a cross between a photograph and a watercolor.
The below pages contain my art images & photographs with information
However if you just want a list of all the images without the information;
Here is THE LIST.
Here is a description of the polaroid transfer process".

Here is my personal favorite Polaroid transfer.My favorite transfer image is not on any page but the one above.
More Polaroid transfer information can be found at the Polaroid Corporation's page on transfers
All images were taken on fujichrome. My film choice is normally a mix of Velvia and Provia100.
Hang gliding at 3000 feet over the Outerbanks of North Carolina. I am the one on top.

Steve's Photography Tips
I was born in Hawaii and left there while I was still crawling. My dad was in the Navy and we traveled....we traveled A LOT!! Then I traveled alot from coast to coast and spent holidays in different places like Easter in Cuba or Thanksgiving in Florida visiting a friend. I could put a list here of the places but if you are curious that will give you a reason to email me. My favorite place to explore, so far,has to be the South Island of New Zealand. I have never been to Scotland but I think I would also love it there.
My traveling claim to fame is that I have been to all seven continents, through the Suez and Panama Canals and to the South Pole. The South Pole was while working in Antartcica to support research with Antarctic Support Associates. I hope to return to working in Antarctica sometime I just got burnt out on the corporate side of the work. Now if only I can get to the North Pole I be happy with the start of my travels. No I don't consider myself well traveled.
What else do I like. Rockies Baseball, Avs hockey*1996 Stanley Cup Champs*, Chocolate, Stunt kites, Wine and Microbrew ,the beach when it is not crowded and....well I'll add more later.
Hiking...animals... chocolate... Xena:Warrior Princess... reading...writing...penguins... left-handers...chocolate... William Powell/Mirna Loy in "The Thin Man" movie series...Bond, James Bond...New Zealand...stunt kites...chocolate*so good it should be here twice* ...more to come
If you are lucky enough to know about this show you probably enjoy stupid but thoughtful humor. If you don't know what the hell I am talking about then check out your local PBS station listings. For you might check out The New Red Green Web Sight.
I think of the show as a cross between, Tim Allen, Monty Python, Jeff Foxworthy, and Hee Haw(not the music but the stupid humor). If you are a fan of the show please mail me your opinion.
Since I am asked a lot if there is a photo of me on here so that is why this line is here.
