THIS INDENTURE MADE the tenth day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand and Seven Hundred and Fifty six BETWEEN Henry Molar of Coccalico Township, in the County of Lancaster in the Province of Pennsylvania, Yeom, and Elizabeth his wife, of the one part, and John Mather, of the same Township, County and Province aforesaid of the other part.
WITNESSETH, that the said Henry Molar and Elizabeth his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Pounds Lawful money of the Province to them is paid by the said John Mather before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt and payment and payment whereof is hereby acknowledged the said Henry Mollar and Elizabeth his wife, therewithal full content and paid. And the said John Mather his Heirs Exes. Admes. And every of them thereof acquite exonerate and discharge forever, HAVE Granted Bargained and Sold Aliened Remised Released Enfeoffd and Confirmed and by these presents they they and each of them DO Grant Bargain and Sell Alien Remise Release Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said John Mather and to his Heirs and Assigns.
ALL THAT CERTAIN Piece or Parcel of Land situate lying and being in Cacoallico Township, in Lancaster County aforesaid as the lyes bounded and described vizt: BEGINNING at a stone set for a corner and extending thence by other lands of the said John Mather North sixty six degrees East eighty perches and six tenth parts of a perch to a post and thence by Jacob Graff's land Northwest seventeen perches to a stone and thence by other lands of the said Henry Mollar South sixty six degrees West eighty perches and six tenth parts of a perch to a post and Southeast seventeen perches to the place of beginning CONTAINING eight acres
ALL AND SINGULAR the said acres of land Hereditaments and Premises, together with all the Houses, Buildings, Improvements, Orchards, Gardens, Feilds Woods, Waters, Ways, Ways, Rents, Issues, Profits and Appurtenances and all and singular the Estate or Estates Right Title Interest Use Liberty Property Claim or Demand whatsoever to the same belonging or in anyways appurtaining and all the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Bargained Lands Hereditaments and Premises herein Granted Bargained and Sold or mentioned so to be with the Appurtenances to him the said John Mather and His Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use benefit and behooffe of him the said John Mather and his Heirs and Assigns forever. (SUBJECT AND UNDER Neverthelesse the yearly Quit Rents &c., that became due since the time of the survey thereof and to become due to the Lord or Lords of the fee thereof in proportion to that Certain Tract of One Hundred and Forty Acres whereof the above Bargained Premises is a part being the same that the Honourable Proprietaries Grant and Confirm unto the said Henry Moller and Assigns as by their certain Patent bearing date the twenty eighty of December Anno Dom. 1736 and recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in the City and County of Philadelphia, in Patant Book A, Vol. 8, Page 98 &c., the 18th day of November 1736, Refferrance thereunto being had more at large appear.)
AND the said Henry Mollar and Elizabeth his wife, for themselves their Heirs Exrs. Admrs. And every of them the said John Mather his Heirs or Assigns in the sure possession of the herein Bargained Pmisses against all manner of persons shall warrant and forever defend, and shall sign seal and execute or cause to so be made and executed all such further and other reasonable Acts Deeds Devises or Assurances eighter in law or equity as by the said John Mather his Heirs or Assigns or as by his or their Council in the law shall be equitably advised devised or required for the more perfect Granting Conveying Assureing and Confirming the premises with their Appurtenances to him the said John Mather and to his Heirs and Assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Henry Molar and Elizabeth his wife, have hereunto set their hands and seals respectively the day and year first above mentioned.

RECEIVED the day of the date of the above Indenture of and from the above named John Mather the Sum of Eight pounds in full for the consideration money above mentioned Henry His HM Mark Molar Elizabeth Her X Mark Molar
THE TENTH Day of December, Anno Dom. 1756, before me the subscriber one of the Magistrates for Lancaster County, personally appeared the above named Henry Molar and Elizabeth his wire, and acknowledged the above Instrument to be their Act and Deed and desired that the same might be recorded accordingly, the said Elizabeth being first duly examined apart from her said husband, signifyed her approbation and that she knew the contents thereof.
