Balloon Festival by M&M Stained
This a free hanging panel that measures 30-3/4" wide and 18-3/4" high
This panel swept the awards at the People's Choice Awards Show held by Meredith Stained Glass Center, Inc. in April 1997.
It received the awards for Best of Show, Best Original Design, and Best Use of Glass.
