Mint Terribilis

Description: The mint green morph of Phyllobates terribilis is solid light green and about 2 inches long at maturity. Young frogs may have some black on their feet and legs. Males have darker throats, and both males and females call. The call sounds to me like a laughing bird.

Wild habitat: This species of dart frog is from the rainforests of Columbia, South America, where they live on the forest floor and on low plants.
