JD programs with concentrations in CAM legislation, policy and strategic planning, litagation, patent law, and international law are viable and socially relevant. Joint degree programs are envisioned.
A CAM oriented JD / MD would be an option for those persuing advanced study and practice in litagation, patent law and CAM legislation.
A CAM oriented JD / EMBA program would be particularly well suited from those persuing careers or advanced study in private business or public organizations. An emphasis in policy and strategic planning are envisioned.
Note that legislation at local, state, national and international levels would be necessary to to establish large scale funding for broad-based TCAM initiatives.
