Significant didactic and clinical in Nutrition, Stress management, Manipulation, Spirituality in Health and Oriental Medicine could be be included as standard experiences in each residency program and could be included in the expected core competencies.
Two approaches are being considered. In one approach, CAM initiatives would be used as elective experiences in existing residency programs. The other approach will be the design of new residency programs which will have CAM initiatives in each module.
