I did screencaps of Ioan's scenes in Fansatic Four, because the trailer takes a year to download and they don't let him speak anyway. There's only one line in the whole thing, and the Torch guy says it, and I've no clue what he says. After the Fox and Marvel logos, there's about 20 seconds of "JULY 4TH" flashing on the screen, and then.... Wait, this is from the '90s version. Sorry about that. For some reason, they filmed the entire movie in negative. HAHA, I kid! No, for some reason they just turn negative a lot. Like here, when Mr. Fantastic is showing off his ship. Oh look, the ship is having some trouble. Everyone tells him it's crap. Po' Ioan Mr. Fantastic. I guess this must be an important scene, because the trailer keeps returning to it at all different angles. Here is the left side of Mr. Fantastic and his friends. Oh dear, something's gone wrong. Mr. Fantastic is getting sick of hearing what a piece of crap his ship is. THING! COME BACK! Here is the back of Mr. Fantastic running to rescue Thing. Whadda ya know, the ship is crap. COOK > HIGH > :30 FIRE! Later, Mr. Fantastic knocks his bottle over and catches it... Then starts worrying about what he just drank. Here he ponders the uses of his really stretchy hands. Hey look! He has grey hair! Apparently at some point he gets locked in a room and needs to open the door from the outside... That's his stretchy CGI hand, see. The stretchy arm bit is Mr. Fantastic's big scene in the trailer. It goes on for quite a while. Wouldn't it be a pisser if he opened the wrong door? The hand wouldn't dare. Why he couldn't just GO UNDER the door, I'm not sure. But after this scene, there's a bunch of nonsense with The Thing throwing trucks and the Torch guy flaming about the city. Then there's this. I don't know. I don't want to know. That's the Invisible Woman there...ehm. I don't know. I just hope they don't make him do this. The full trailer is here, but it has all these other people in it and stuff. The first comic is online too...It was fun reading it and imagining Ioan trying to get to space before the Commies and then proclaiming himself Mr. Fantastic.
