The isomer distributions in Me sorbate, 2,4-hexadienol,PhCH:CHCOMe
and Me cinnamate were detd. from their NMR spectra with Eu(fod)3 (fod=
1,1,1,2,2,3,3-heptafluoro-7,7-dimethyl-4,6-octanedionato). The method was
est. to detect the presence of ~2% of a cis isomer.
