My Interests:

Sailing

I like to race sailboats. I've been a crew member in numerous races, and have occasionally taken first place. I don't own my own boat, but keep dreaming about it!

Theatre

One of my passions is the theatre. I have performed in many community theatre productions, generally with the Douglaston Community Theatre, where I have appeared in such plays as Nuts!, Over the River and Through the Woods, Death Takes A Holiday, and Anatomy of a Murder. I also work with a group called Theatre A La Carte, where I recently appeared in Let's Murder Marsha by Monk Ferris, Black Coffee, by Agatha Christi, Gramarcy Ghost by John Cecil Holm and most recently, George Washington Slept Here by Kaufman and Hart.

Magic

I am also an amateur magician, and enjoy fooling my friends with new tricks from time to time. Whenever I find myself in Los Angeles, I make it a point to visit The Magic Castle. The Castle is a private club for magicians, but anyone can join, under various programs that are available. If you enjoy magic at all, check it out!

Genealogy

Finally, I have a long-standing interest in genealogy, and have been working at constructing my family history for many years (on again, off again, as time permits!). I have constructed a first draft of my family tree, and have made it available for anyone interested.
