Potential Problems
- Global laws: there aren't any
- Copyright/trademark issues: expensive to apply in multiple
countries
- Export restrictions: DES cryptography programs
Management Issues

- Guidelines for employees:
- on email, privacy, newsgroup reading/posting, general net use for

- Archiving email (remember the 18.5 minutes!)
