The Genealogy Timeline
There are over 60 Reports in The Genealogy Timeline providing individual and comprehensive timelines, information on the Lists used by various fields, document filing aids, indexes, a bibliography, and various ways to extract your Timeline information for analysis purposes.
Report Categories - Reports are divided into categories. You can select a category by clicking your mouse on one of the buttons in the "Select – Category" box. The List of Reports will then change to reflect the Reports included in each category.
Select Reports
Select Reports - These reports allow you to extract specific information from the Timeline. There is a “Select” report based on each field in the Timeline screen. A Dialog Box will be displayed as you open the Report. Select an entry from the List provided in the Dialog Box. Each entry on the list in the Dialog Box is based on the information you have entered in the Timeline.
In the example above, we are selecting information for Alachua County, FL. This type of report is often used for analysis purposes. If you have entries in the Timeline for "suspected" family members and you are trying to figure out who they belong to - if you print a report by location (county and state), you can often figure out who some of these unidentified people belong to.
