In the Name of God Amen I Michael Woolf of Frederick County in the Colony
of Virginia being Weak of Body but of Sound mind and Memory thanks be
Given unto God for the same and Calling to mind the Mortality of my Body
and knowing it is Appointed for all men once to Die do make and Ordain
this my Last Will and Testament as follows
Principally I recommend my Soul into the hand of God that made it, and as
to my Body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a Decent manner at the
Discretion of my Executors hereafter named and as to my Worldly Estate
wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I Give and Bequeath
in the following manner.
Imprimis my Will is that my Just Debts funeral &C be paid.
Item I Give and Bequeath unto my well beloved Wife Mary One third part
of my whole Estate and also my Still with all the Appurtenances thereto
Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Children Rebeccah, Elisabeth, Sarah,
Rachel and to the Child which my Wife in now Pregnant an Equal Share of
my personal Estate.
Item my Will is that my tract Land Containing Four hundred Acres lying
and being on the Waters of Great Cape Capon be sold and that the money
Arriving therefrom be paid to the above mentioned Children.
Item my Will is that my Wife do keep in her hands the Amount of the Money
Arising from the said Estate untill my said Children shall come of Age
in order for their Support & Furthermore I do hereby Nominate Constitute
and Appoint my well beloved Wife Mary together with her son John Niswanger
and by Brother Lewis Woolfe Executors of this my Last Will and Testament
Revoking and Disanulling all and every other Will by me made Declareing
this to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness Whereof & Testimony I have
Set my hand and Seal this Twenty Seventh day of November in the year of
our Lord God One thousand seven hundred and Sixty five, 1765.
