The Doctor: As we learn about each other,
so we learn about ourselves.
|
| Me, myself and I. So who am I to you? No one, persona non gratis. Why would
I follow Marc's life? Why should you read of mine? The only reason you are here is because Marc lead you this way
or you stumbled across this little site of mine. |
| |
Funny statement to make, don't you think? Not really, as on our weekly meetings,
I often end up inquiring about something in Marc's life. His life interests me and spurs my own forgotten memories,
thoughts, political view point and life in general.
Sadly, most of my friends are not as politically minded or subject to action at a whims notice. Nor does anyone
want to hear my side of view as we're really of the same cloth and view most things in life the same way. I believe
that has been the legacy Frank left us, he taught us civil disobedience, "sue 'em if they hurt you",
"stand up for your beliefs", and topics that have not come to mind yet. |

12 Reasons Why Marc & I Have a Damn Decent Relationship:
- New friendships are like digging for gold, you keep discovering precious glittering
nuggets of information in each other.
- We don't live together and don't want to, therefore I don't have to cook for
him, clean up after him and do domestic stuff that I hate and forget entertaining and putting on a pretense, I'm
hell to live with, just ask my roommate and daughter.
- We don't sleep together - so no problem on the blanket, space front of sharing
a bed.
- Plus, all those other things one has to contend with, living with another person,
let alone their personal demands upon you.
- If we did, his cat would eat my rat, then my dog would eat his cat.
- I don't have to read 50,000 pages of his web site to ask questions of him, though
I do on occasion read the pages reflective of my interests and wish to discuss with him.
- I like reading and editing his documents.
- He listens to me - sometimes... (i can talk.)
- He finally figured out that part of my nature is from being in the boy's club
ie., a Navy veteran.
- We're both t-shirt & jeans type people so I don't have to dress up for him,
Though I hope he appreciates when I do wear a dress.
- He's an interesting geek, & I find him a most comfortable person to be with.
- We make each other laugh.

Just want to enjoy your company and have fun together.
- Look at it as practice for the real thing.
- Think you should consider writing magazine/ezine articles or a book.
- Would you mind coming to my class reunion with me? It's a 3 day event at the
hotel from 28, 29 & 30th of Sept. You can tell me more about your reunion.
