| From its inception in late 1984, The Princess Grace Irish Library in Monaco has sought its identity as a cultural centre, as a place where things 'happen', rather than a mere repository of books. The Library has already made an impressive start in that direction and, with the determination of the Trustees, the personnel, and its numerous supporters, can be counted upon to achieve wide-spread recognition of its remarkable potential. A look at its activities over fourteen years shows vigorous, diversified and promising development.
