Rebecca Oliver has been a team member of our online procedures project from nearly it's beginning. She's worked for us from December 1996 through January 1998.

In her capacity on this project, Becky has accomplished a variety of activities in a professional and team oriented manner, including:

- updating procedures using our Word-based authoring tool

- creating and maintaining a series of Web pages which organize our online procedures (over 30 pages)

- creating these pages with an effective and user friendly design with minimal guidance

- creating a scanning process and scanning numerous documents

- solving PC and Windows related problems for herself and other team members
