Leadership development is a new
focus of my work. Leadership in senses: 1) self-leadership; and 2) leading others. Both are important, but the second
type of leadership comes after the first.
Shortly, my new book on economic development leadership will be
out. I expect Amazon.com to release the book in mid-April 2006. It is entitled Creating Leadership Advantage for
