We left Tampa yesterday morning and drove to Cape Canaveral to see the Kennedy Space Center. They
have kennels for the dogs, but it was so cold (go figure!) that we left them in the car in the parking lot and crossed our
fingers that we wouldn't get a ticket.
The Space Center is amazing! We spent four hours there and it felt like just a few minutes.
Expensive, but definitely something to see if you're in the area. I also hadn't realized that the Space Center is inside
a wildlife preserve. In and around the Space Center we saw pelicans, a manatee, alligators, sea turtles, wild pigs,
a bunch of other animals, and a bald eagle's nest.
