11/12/2006: Weather issues
(the same that put Buffalo, NY out of action) aside,
our Canada trip went smoothly, reaching a nice climax
with Lizzie's High in Trial at the National Specialty
handled by Lynn Leach. Lizzie completed her CKC
intermediate sheep herding title with a score of
96.5 under judge Gina McDonnell. |

Regrettably we must offer
Lizzie's litter brother Zeb (Ch.
Wooleston Windfall) for sale to a suitable home.
Zeb is currently at Downriver Farm with Lynn Leach.
He has an outgoing personality, a lot of drive and
much to offer the right home. Contact Lynn
or us

9/4/2006: After a productive summer
season, Lizzie (Can. Ch. Wooleston
Eliza Fraser HSAsc, HIAs, HS, SDS, SDI, STDsc, HRD II)
has come home for a short break before heading north to
the Canadian National Specialty in October. |

Earlier
this year Lizzie was named top herding ACD in Canada for
2005. One of the
first two dogs to earn the new CKC Stock Dog Started title,
Lizzie is currently the only dog with Stock Dog Intermediate.
Along the way she has garnered Highs in Trial in AKC and
CKC events against different herding breeds, including
Border Collies.
Titles
are great, but this opportunity for some serious critical
assessment of our breeding program has been invaluable.

are proud, not just of Lizzie, but of all
who've forayed into the herding arena with dogs of our
breeding. |

News 11/13/06: We are very pleased with
the way Slug, our pick from Scout's (Aust.
Ch. Turrella Blue Chiefscout) first US litter is turning
out. He
is staying with us until we place him in a suitable home.
