Minimum Stay: Seven night minimum stay for Unit C-20, no minimum stay requirements for reservations in units other than Unit C-20.

Deposits: One night's deposit per room must be paid by credit card at time of reservation. For Christmas and High season, two night's deposit is required. AMEX, MC, VISA,  and DISCOVER cards are accepted.

Cancellations: Full deposits are refunded only if cancellations are made:

  •  45 days prior to arrival for stays between Dec. 22-Dec. 31
  •  7 days prior to arrival for any visits between Jan. 1-April 15 and June 16-Aug. 25
  •  3 days prior to arrival for any arrivals April 16-June 15, and Aug 26-Dec. 21.
    •
    Family Plan: Children under 18 stay at no additional charge if they occupy existing beds in the room with their parents. Add $10 per day for a rollaway and $10 per day for a crib.

    Maid Service: Rates include daily maid service.

    Occupancy: Maximum of 6 people

    Rental Cars: Rental cars are available with suite rental for an additional charge.

    State Tax: Rates do not include Hawaii room tax of 11.416%.
