The Past
Keith Baker founded BME Engines some years ago. My first big gasser was a BME-100/5.8, purchased in 1999. Since
then I've owned about 12 BME engines, along with 7-8 3W's, some weedies, and a couple of DA-150's. I've had them all
apart, punished and found the weak points of each engine design, and after it was all said and done found that the BME's were
as good, if not better, than anything else around. Add in their extremely light weight, great power for their size,
and availability (then), I went with them almost exclusively.
Then, unfortunately, BME, and Keith Baker, began to shut down. No more new engines, very little support,
the possibility of no more parts and repairs for the thousands of people using the engines. Very bad timing, to say
the least.

The NEW BME
BME has been bought and is under NEW management. If you have questins about repairs to your BME engine, issues
with the last owner, or Warranty repairs, please contact Andy Snow at (405) 821-2579.
For any other issues, or work outside the scope of Warranty repairs for your BME engine, please contact us and we will
be happy to help you out.
Now, as for OUR business, it will continue to progress. The re-birth of BME is not going to slow us down or change
our direction, so look for some new things to be happening with Model Aircraft Engineering products and services.
