to prepare the LIHTC package for submission to the state housing finance agency, and process the package through
to final approval. We will arrange all financing for the project, and arrange for the sale of the tax credits to
an institutional investor. Your organization will act as the general partner and owner of the project, along with
the investor. After approval of the project and the award of tax credits, we will continue to act as project manager
and see the project through to completion. We will share the developer fee with you on a negotiated basis. This
way, you meet your housing objectives with the least cost to you in staff time and up front dollars, and create
housing in your community that will meet the needs of residents for years to come.
