We are developers of quality affordable housing projects. We are looking for land in areas designated by the Idaho Housing and Finance Association as in need of affordable housing units. Our objective is to provide attractive, quality living units to Idaho residents in these areas. As a Real Estate Broker, you can assist us by locating appropriate sites for development and assisting us in the acquisition of the land. We require a minimum of two sites in your area.
Please call me to discuss any sites that you feel meet our criteria. Keep in mind that we are somewhat flexible and will work with land owners and brokers to make a site meet our requirements. For example, we can purchase a site that will handle more than 36 units, and develop it over a number of years. We have also combined our projects with small single-family subdivisions in some cases.
