Max (middle), Becky (front) and Jim (back) are our Quality Control Team. Now this is both good and bad. It's
good because according to them I've never cooked bad BBQ and they love chicken so I can practice and feed them at the same
time. The bad is that according to them I've never cooked bad BBQ so they may not be a good judge of BBQ.
Becky on the left, Jim on the right at the 2004 Jack. Boy did they like the food smells there.
