Ford & Carol Alison setup the team in 2001 and competed in the State of Michigan Championship at Richmond Park in Grand
Rapids. While we didn't get called in any category, we finished 9th overall and were hooked. In 2002 we added Nelsonville
OH and the American Royal in KC to our schedule. In 2003 we went to 6 contests and have been maintaining that schedule ever
since.
In 2006 I started doing some solo cooking and in 2007 I plan to cook solo although I hope to have help with
running boxes, etc. What I have found is that it's really critical to always do things the same way and changing helpers
every contest does not work out.
