In an attempt to capture the unintentional low comedy of tin pot fascist ceremonials, the men in power have come up with this winner.
After Speaker Dennis Hastert swears in Cheney, and Chief Justice Rehnquist (or a reasonable facsimile) swears in Bush, Guy Hovis of Tupelo, Mississippi, state organizer for Senator Trent Lott and  former star on the Lawrence Welk show, will sing, "Let the Eagles Soar,"  written by outgoing Attorney General John Ashcroft.

This ditty was made famous by its off-key inclusion in "Fahrenheit 911". Lyrics include:

“Let the eagle soar,
Like she’s never soared before.
From rocky coast to golden shore,
Let the mighty eagle soar.

As the land beneath her sings:
