graysonlayne@earthlink.net (Allen Park MI) Have any other HELLP survivors mentioned severe hair loss post partum? I have lost about 75 % of my hair over the last 3 weeks. My Dr is going to try to get me an herbal supplement to help. He is researching it now.

NicolCaf@optonline.net (West Babylon, NY) Hello! I had HELLP in Sept of 1999 and have experienced multiple medical problems since the birth of our son. I just read Carrie's note about PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and pseudotumor cerebri (PTC). Last night I was at the endocrinologist and was diagnosed with PCOS and was told that it may have played a part in HELLP. In addition, my mother has PTC. This is a little strange... all of a sudden hearing of these two things relating to HELLP. I am curious to know how many women have either of these diagnoses. Thank you!!
