"...It is still not too late to send in a tax-deductible contribution toward the annual campaign..."

Hello Everyone,

I hope that you are staying warm. This is a very chilly winter across the U.S.A. We are at zero this morning with many school delays and cancellations.

We thank everyone who has made a donation to the HELLP Syndrome Society, Inc. for our annual campaign. To date we have over $6,500 in donations. It is still not too late to send in a tax-deductible contribution toward the annual campaign.

There has been dialog between the HELLP Syndrome Society and the Preeclampsia Foundation about working more closely together. They are a much larger group and have a paid staff to handle day-to-day operations. We are made up of strictly volunteers, who have other careers, limiting the hours to work for the organization. We do not want to lose our personal contact with our members, but we do need much assistance in the day-to-day operations. A merger of the two groups would be an advantage for our group. We would like to become a subsidiary of the Preeclampsia Foundation. The details are still being discussed, but we will keep you posted.

Currently the HELLP Syndrome Society, Inc. is going to donate financial support to an upcoming Summit planned by the Preeclampsia Foundation. Steve and Jennifer are planning to attend this meeting in April as representatives of the HELLP Syndrome Society, Inc. We are looking forward to meeting key persons in their organization.

Our love and best wishes to all and we hope you are staying warm and healthy.

Steve and Jennifer Bohach
Co-founders, HELLP Syndrome Society, Inc.
