Committees

The Board of Directors are currently in the process of forming a series of working committees to carry out the work of the MTRC. We eagerly solicit your cooperation and consideration in joining one of the committees. Under consideration are the following committees:

SIBLING: This committee will build on the work of earlier efforts to enhance sibling communication and mutual support.

MEMBERSHIP: This committee will be looking at ways to "get the word out" about MTRC to increase our sponsor base and broaden our geographic representation.

FUNDRAISING: This committee will look at ways to raise additional funds to allow us to expand our services.

SPEAKER'S BUREAU: This committee will not only provide individuals who can "tell our story", but will also identify opportunities to do so.

VOLUNTEER: This committee will carry on the work of our current volunteer effort. This past year the committee has made sure each active member has received birthday and holiday cards, and a gift during the holiday season.
