Biography of James J. Cramer :
JIM CRAMER, (born February 10, 1955, graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1977 from Harvard College,
where he later earned a Law Degree. In 1984, he joined sales and
trading at Goldman Sachs.
Three years later, Jim started his own hedge fund. It was to be the
beginning of a career on Wall Street where he achieved a 24%
compounded return (after all fees) for the next 13 years.
In 1996, Jim co-founded TheStreet.com, a daily financial news
commentary and information site where he serves as a senior columnist
and markets commentator.
When 2001 began, Jim retired from his hedge fund where he finished with
one of the best records in the business, including a 36% gain in 2000
when many other managers lost billions of dollars for their clients.
Jim is the host of the CNBC TV show, "Mad Money" and of the
nationally-syndicated WOR radio program, "RealMoney Radio."
After the great success of his third book, "Real Money: Sane Investing in an Insane World" Jim
published his fourth book "Jim Cramer's Mad Money: Watch TV, Get Rich."

Jim Cramer's Salary Agreement:
In
consideration for providing these services, Mr. Cramer's salary will be
$500,000 per annum for the remainder of 2005, $750,000 for fiscal 2006
and $1,000,000 for fiscal 2007. In addition, he will continue to be
paid the radio talent fee (currently $363,000 per annum) paid to the
Company by Buckley Broadcasting Corp.-WOR under the Company's radio
agreement. Mr. Cramer is also eligible to receive stock option awards
and annual bonuses under the Company's annual incentive plan, in each
case as determined by the Compensation Committee of the Board of
Directors.
