How To Start An Annulment.
Once your divorce is final then you should call the Tribunal at 215-587-3750.
The secretary who answers the phone will take some preliminary information
and will send you the initial questionnaire and a set of instructions.
Please follow the instructions and send the questionnaire back to the Tribunal
with the required documents and the $50.00 filing fee. Once you have sent
the Tribunal your questionnaire, documents, and fee you will receive a letter
giving you an appointment with one of our approved Priest Auditors for your
hearing.
Since this is a confidential process we cannot start the annulment
process by the use of electronic mail through this web page.
